Galactico Corporate Services Ltd to acquire Beembox Technologies Pvt Ltd

A Reputed business group based in Nashik, headed by holding company Galactico Corporate Services Ltd. has decided to acquire controlling stake in Beembox Technologies Private Limited - a fantasy gaming application firm, in an all-cash deal. Galactico Corporate Services Ltd intends to invest sum upto Rs. 60 million. Beembox Technologies will participate in promotion and development of variety of fantasy gaming applications.
