Vedanta Limited Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 19.50

The Board of Directors of Vedanta Limited through resolution passed by circulation on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 have approved Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 19.50 per equity share i.e. 1950% on face value of Re. 1/- per share for the Financial Year 2022-23 amounting to c. Rs. 7,250 crores.

The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is Wednesday, July 27, 2022. The interim dividend will be paid within stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.

Shares of Vedanta Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 237.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 227.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2308839 in over 16431 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 238.05 and intraday low of 229.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 535003501.00.
