Om Infra has in a Joint Venture (Om Infra Limited Share - 30%) received a Letter of Acceptance from Brihan Mumbai Muncipal Corporation for the work of "Design, Build and Operation & Maintenance of Bhandup Waste Water Treatment Facility under Mumbai Sewage Disposal Project-Stage-I] (Priority Works)" for total consideration of Rs. 1170,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred Seventy Crores Only) inclusive of all taxes & duties, Goods and Service Tax (GST). The contract period for the subject work is 48 (Forty Eight) months for design & build and further 15 years of operation and maintenance.
