PTC Industries Limited board approves terms of rights issue

The Listing Committee of the Board of Directors of PTC Industries Limited at their meeting held today i.e. Friday, July 15, 2022 has further approved the terms and conditions of rights issue:

Rights Issue Price: 210 per Rights Equity Share;

Rights entitlement Ratio: 3 Rights Equity Share for every 2 Equity Shares held by eligible shareholders as on the Record Date;

Record date: for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible to apply for the equity shares in the Rights Issue as Friday, July 22, 2022 ("Record Date").

Issue Closing Date Friday, August 12, 2022
