Jubilant Organosys allots 1031897 Shares on conversion of FCCB's

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has announced that the Meeting of the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on June 02, 2008, allotment of 10,31,897 equity shares of Re 1/- each at a premium of Rs 272.0648 per share has been made to Grants Investments Ltd., on conversion of a part of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds amounting to US $ 6.5 Million.
