Rose Merc Limited approves convertible warrants issue

The Board of Directors of Rose Merc Limited, at their meeting held on June 21, 2022, has considered, discussed and approved fresh issue of 21,75,000 Equity warrants convertible into Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/- per share at a price of Rs. 24.25/- per warrant to Non-Promoters on Preferential Allotment basis.
