Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of directors of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd at its meeting held today has, recommended final dividend of of Rs. 10/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up (100%) for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, which shall be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration.

Shares of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1801.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1808.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10633 in over 1410 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1817.60 and intraday low of 1792.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19164036.00.
