HIKAL Ltd updates on writ petition against MPCB order

HIKAL LIMITED had filed a writ petition in the Hon'ble Bombay High Court against the MPCB direction and that the Hon'ble Court, vide its order dated June 23rd, 2022 (received late in the evening on June 25th, 2022), has set aside the MPCB direction and has directed MPCB to grant permission to the Company, to re-start manufacturing activities at the Company's manufacturing Unit located at MIDC Taloja within a week from the date of the order.
