Cella Space Ltd allots 10 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Cella Space Limited, at their meeting held on June 25, 2022, considered and approved the allotment of 10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) numbers of Fully Convertible Equity Share Warrants ('Warrants') of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) each to Mr. S Rajkumar against conversion of loan aggregating to Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crores only) on preferential basis.

The board also approved the conversion of above 10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) Warrants of Mr.S. Rajkumar into 10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) numbers of Equity Shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) each as approved by the Shareholders.
