Commercial Syn Bags Ltd allots 3,07,500 shares on conversion of warrants

The Board of Directors of Commercial Syn Bags Ltd at its meeting held today has approved the allotment of 3,07,500 (Three Lakhs Seven Thousand Five Hundred only) Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs.120/- per share to certain warrant holders belonging to non-promoter group after receipt of balance amount due on 3,07,500 warrants aggregating Rs. 2,99,81,250/- (Rs Two Crores Ninety-Nine Lakhs Eighty-One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Only) against the option exercise by them for convertible warrants issued on 15th October, 2021 on preferential basis.

Shares of Commercial Syn Bags Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 233.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 233.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12179 in over 149 trades.
