AVANTEL Ltd allots 1,21,63,479 bonus equity shares

The Share Allotment Committee ('SAC') of AVANTEL Ltd, in their just concluded Meeting, have allotted 1,21,63,479 equity shares of Rs.10 each, by way of Bonus Issue, to such members whose names appeared in the Register of Members as on 20.06.2022, being the Record Date fixed for the said purpose, in the proportion of 3(Three) new fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- each held by them, (i.e., in the ratio of 3:1).

Shares of AVANTEL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 271.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 285.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11536 in over 497 trades.
