Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd receives LOA

The company has received the Letter of Acceptance ("LOA") for the Project Management Consultancy Services for upgradation to 2/4/6 paved shoulders Project on newly declared NH216H Section up to NH 30 near Laxmipuram, in the state of Andhra Pradesh for a length of 120.85 Kms (approx.), from the office of Regional Officer, Ministry of Road of Transport & Highways, Vijayawada ("the Authority") having reference No. RO/VJA/NH216H/PMC/Tender/267 dated 15 June, 2022 as received on June 16, 2022 directly by the Company i.e. Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited along with joint bidding agreement - Geo Designs & Research (P) Ltd & in association with Kaius Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

Consultancy Services Fes for the said Project will be Rs. 18,29,42,300/- excluding taxes (Rupees Eighteen Crores Twenty Nine Lacs Forty Two Thousand and Three Hundred Only). The Contract period will be of 102 months.

The Company need to submit the Performance Bank Guarantee / Security within 15 days from the receipt of the LOA, post which all the statutory formalities covering signing of contract agreement as per RFP shall take place.

Shares of Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 47.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 49.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2332 in over 129 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 50.80 and intraday low of 46.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 111895.00.
