Bajaj Auto Ltd defers decision on buyback proposal

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Auto Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., 14 June 2022, has decided that further deliberations are required in order to take a decision on the proposal of buyback, and accordingly deferred the matter.

Shares of Bajaj Auto Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3880.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3885.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15724 in over 2739 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3894.60 and intraday low of 3775.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 60578963.00.
