Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd receives LOA for Rs. 11.20 crore project

Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd has received the "Letter of Award ("LOA")" for Consultancy Services Project as Authority's Engineer for Supervision of "Four laning of Vairengte - N Kawnpui Section of NH 306 & NH 6 in the State of Mizoram under Bharatmala Pariyojna on EPC Mode from the office of General Manager (Tech), National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, New Delhi ("the Authority") having reference No. NHIDCL/Mizoram/NH-306 &6/S- V/AE/Pkg 3,4,5& 6/2021-2022 dated June 13, 2022 as received on June 13, 2022 directly by the Company i.e. Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited & Joint Venture with Global Infra Solutions & in association with M S Consultant.

Contract Price towards the Consultancy Services as Authority's Engineer for supervisions Services for the said Project will be Rs. 11,20,06,600/- excluding taxes (Rupees Eleven Crores Twenty Lacs Six Thousand Six Hundred Only). The Contract period will be 84 (Eighty Four) months.

The Company need to submit the Performance Bank Guarantee/Security within 15 days from the receipt of the LOA, post which all the statutory formalities covering signing of agreement as per RFP shall take place.

Shares of Dhruv Consultancy Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 48.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 50.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4916 in over 88 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 50.00 and intraday low of 47.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 238215.00.
