MRC Agrotech Limited has entered into a Joint Venture with Devica Herbal Products Private Limited for the purpose of conducting business of organic herbal products.

MRC Agrotech shall hold 49% of Equity shares of Devica Herbal Products Private Limited and Devica Herbal Products shall hold shares worth equal to amount of 49% of its own shares.
