Royal Enfield posts motorcycles sales increases 133% YoY during May 2022

Eicher Motors Ltd has announced the sales figures of Royal Enfield motorcycles for the month of May 2022. The company has sold 63,643 motorcycles during May 2022, as compared to 27,294 units in May 2021, registering an increase of 133% YoY.

The company has sold 53,835 units of models with engine capacity upto 350cc in May 2022 as against 22,734 units in May 2021, up by 137% YoY.

The company has sold 9,808 units of models with engine capacity exceeding 350cc during May 2022 as compared to 4,560 units in May 2021, an increase of 115% YoY.

Exports stood at 10,118 units in May 2022 as against 7,221 units in May 2021, an increase of 40% YoY.

Shares of Eicher Motors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2771.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2785.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13376 in over 1971 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2818.45 and intraday low of 2752.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 37094056.00.
