Eicher Motors has sold 5637 vehicles during May 2022

Eicher Motors Ltd has announced the sales figures for Eicher Trucks and Buses & Volvo Trucks for the month of May 2022. The company has sold 5637 vehicles during May 2022, as against 1223 in May 2021 registering a growth of 360.9% YoY.

The company has sold 5504 Eicher Trucks and Buses in May 2022, as compared to 1175 in May 2021, growth of 368.40% YoY. The domestic sales of Eicher Trucks and Buses stood at 5033 units in May 2022, 667.2% higher than 656 units in May 2021. The exports of Eicher Trucks and Buses reduced 9.2% YoY to 471 units in May 2022, as compared to 519 units in May 2021.

The company has sold 133 Volvo Trucks & Buses during May 2022 as against 48 units in May 2021, registering YoY growth of 177.1%.

The change percentage in above figures are not comparable due to impact of second wave of COVID-19 last year.

Shares of Eicher Motors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2771.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2785.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13376 in over 1971 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2818.45 and intraday low of 2752.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 37094056.00.
