Fire at Sangam India's Spinning Unit 1

A minor fire brokeout in the Raw Material Godown of Sangam India Limited located at Spinning Unit I, Village Biliya Kalan, Chittorgarh Road, Bhilwara (Raj.) on 31st May, 2022 in evening.

The fire has been brought under control in time and there is no loss or injure to human life. The Company has adequate insurance coverage for this and informed the insurance company about the incident for claim.

Al1 the production and operation activity at the aforesaid plant are normal and there is no material loss or significant financial impact.

Shares of Sangam (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 285.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 278.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2136 in over 354 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 290.00 and intraday low of 279.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 608344.00.
