Steel Strips Wheels Ltd announces reduction in pledged shares

The company has announced that the promoters along with the persons acting in concert holds 19594804 equity shares in Steel Strips Whlels Limited, which is 62.77% of the total paid up capital of the company and out of which 3729044 equity shares were pledged which is 11.94% of total paid up capital of the company and 19.03% of total promoter shareholding.

On 30.05.2022, 350000 shares were pledged and on 31.05.2022, 450000 shares were released from pledge. Accordingly, now the total number of shares pledged has reduced to 3629044 which is 11.62% of total paid up capital of the company and l8.52% of total promoter shareholding.

Shares of Steel Strips Wheels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 743.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 731.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4461 in over 615 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 757.15 and intraday low of 733.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3295021.00.
