The Board of Directors of Shiva Global Agro Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2022, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.75/- per equity share of Face Value Rs. 10/- each (7.5%) for the financial year 2021-22, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company.
