ELCID Investments Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of ELCID Investments Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2022, has recommended payment of final dividend of Rs. 15 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing general meeting of the Company.
