Eco Recycling Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Eco Recycling Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2022, has recommended final dividend on Equity Shares at the rate of 10% i.e. Rs. 1 per share subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. The dividend if approved by the shareholders, shall be paid as per prescribed provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
