Patels Airtemp India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2.80

The Board of Directors of Patels Airtemp India Ltd have recommended dividend of Rs. 2.80/- per share (i.e. 28%) on 50,70,240 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2022, subject to approval by the shareholders at the ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

The dividend, if approved by the Shareholder at the ensuing 30th AGM, would be paid to eligible shareholders within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of 30th AGM, subject to deduction of tax at source.
