Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.65

The Board of directors of Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd at its meeting held on 28th May, 2022 recommended Final Dividend @ 65% i.e. Rs. 0.65/- per equity shares of Rs. 1/- each for F.Y. 2021-2022, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
