Munjal Auto Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of Munjal Auto Industries Ltd has approved the recommendation of final dividend subject to approval of members @ 50% i.e. Rs. 1/- per share (face value of Rs. 2/- per equity share). The dividend, if declared at the ensuing AGM, will be paid by October 15, 2022.
