KILPEST India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2.5

The Board of Directors of KILPEST India Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2022, have recommended a final dividend of 25% i.e. Rs. 2.5/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/ each for the FY 2021-22 which is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuring Annual General Meeting.
