Samvardhana Motherson International Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 0.65

The Board of Directors of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (Formerly Motherson Sumi Systems Limited) in its meeting held on Thursday, May 26, 2022, has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.65 (Sixty Five Paise only) per equity share (face value of Re. 1/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 on the Equity Share Capital of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

Shares of Motherson Sumi Systems Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 122.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 119.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 431766 in over 3443 trades.
