Hindalco Industries Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Hindalco Industries Limited at its meeting held on May 26, 2022, has recommended dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share i.e., 400% of face value of Re.1/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
