J L Morison India Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of J. L. Morison India Limited at its meeting held on 25th May, 2022, has recommended the payment of dividend on Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each @ Re. 1/- (Rupee One only) per share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, shall be paid/ dispatched between 3'4 October, 2022 to 18 October, 2022.
