Bank of Maharashtra Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Bank of Maharashtra Ltd at its meeting held on Wednesday, 25th May, 2022 at Pune has considered and recommended Dividend of Rs.0.50 per equity share (i.e. 5%) of face value of Rs.10/- each to the Shareholders for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to Shareholder's approval in ensuing Annual General Meeting of Bank.
