Xpro India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors ("Board") of Xpro India Limited ("the Company"), at its meeting held on May 25, 2022, have recommended a Dividend of Rs.2.00 per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2A22, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
