Associated Alcohols & Breweries Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Associated Alcohols & Breweries Limited at its meeting held on 25th May, 2022 has recommended a dividend of 10% i.e Rs. 1.00/- per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2022 subject to approval of shareholder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
