Asahi India Glass Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Asahi India Glass Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2022, considered, approved and took note of the recommendation to shareholders for declaration of dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share for financial year 2021-22. The payment is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
