Birla Cable Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Birla Cable Ltd at its Meeting held on 24.05.2022 has recommended Dividend of Rs.1.50 per share (i.e.15%) on 3,00,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each of the Company for the financial year 2021-22, subject to approval of the same by the Shareholders in the ensuing Thirtieth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Upon approval of shareholders, the dividend declared will be paid within 30 days of declaration, subject to deduction of applicable Tax at Source as per the provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961 and rules made thereunder.

Shares of Birla Cable Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 129.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 131.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 28338 in over 1214 trades.
