Asian Granito India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.70

The Board of directors of Asian Granito India Ltd at its meeting held on May 24, 2022 has recommended the final dividend of Re. 0.70/- (i.e.@ 7%) Per Equity Share on the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the F.Y 2021-22. The said dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of its declaration.
