KIOCL Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.79

The Board of directors of KIOCL Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.79/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each to the Shareholders for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The Company will announce in due course the date of AGM and the date of dividend payment to the Shareholders.
