Minda Industries Ltd Board recommends 1:1 Bonus Issue

The Board of Directors of Minda Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 24, 2022, inter alia, has discussed approved and recommended the issue of Bonus Shares to the shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 1 (one) Bonus equity share of Rs. 2 each fully paid up for every 1 (one) existing equity share of Rs. 2 each fully paid up (in the ratio of 1:1) held by the shareholders as on the "Record Date", subject to the shareholders and other regulatory approval, as may be required in this regard.

Shares of Minda Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 835.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 870.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 19517 in over 3185 trades.
