Lumax Industries Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 13.50

The Board of Directors of Lumax Industries Limited have, at their Meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, May 24, 2022, considered and approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 13.50/- per Equity Share (135%) of the Face Value of Rs. 10/- for the Financial Year 2021-22 subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, will be paid within 30 days of approval / declaration.
