The Board of Directors of Dutron Polymers Ltd at its meeting held on May 23, 2022, have recommended Final Dividend of 14% (Previous Year 12%) of Equity Share Capital of the Company, that is Rs. 1.4/- (Previous Year Rs. 1.2/-) per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/· each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 41st Annual General meeting of the Company.
