Talbros Automotive Components Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Talbros Automotive Components Limited at its meeting held on May 23, 2022 have recommended payment of Final Dividend of 15% i.e. Rs. 1.50/- per paid-up equity share on 1,23,45,630 paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company aggregating to Rs.1,85,18,445/- for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022.

The dividend, if approved by the shareholders will be paid on or before 26th October, 2022.

The above Final Dividend is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.00/- per paid-up equity Share approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 9th February, 2022 and already paid to the shareholders.

Shares of Talbros Automotive Components Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 432.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 438.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3762 in over 562 trades.
