Kanpur Plastipack Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of Kanpur Plastipack Ltd at its meeting held on May 23, 2022, has recommended Final Dividend @ 12% i.e. Rs. 1.20/- per equity share for the financial year 2021-22 subject to the approval of shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting.
