Dhanuka Agritech Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Dhanuka Agritech Ltd in its Meeting held today i.e 23rd May 2022 has recommended and approved Dividend @ 300% i.e Rs. 6/- per Equity Share having face value of Rs. 2/- per share to the Shareholders of the Company, subject to approval of Members at ensuing 37 Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Dhanuka Agritech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 727.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 731.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 694 in over 247 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 743.75 and intraday low of 725.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 510520.00.
