Amara Raja Batteries Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The board of directors of Amara Raja Batteries Limited have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per equity share (representing 50%) of Rs.1/- each fully paid up for the financial year 2021-22, subject to approval of the shareholders at the 37 Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration of final dividend by the shareholders at the 37" Annual General Meeting.

The above Final Dividend is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs.4/- per Equity Share (representing 400%) declared by the Board on November 12, 2021.

Shares of Amara Raja Batteries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 529.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 513.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12733 in over 882 trades.
