Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.63

The Board of Directors of Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd has recommended the final Dividend of Rs. 0.63 per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs 0.77/- per equity share declared on ist November 2021, thereby making total dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 to Rs 1.40 per share, on the face value of Rs 10/- each. The Final Dividend for the financial year from 2021-22 of Rs 0.63 per share, if declared at the ensuing AGM, will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days the date of AGM.
