Gabriel India Board declares 30% interim dividend, fixes record date

Gabriel India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 17, 2006, inter alia, has:

1. Declared an interim dividend of 30% amounting to Re 0.30 per paid up equity share of Re 1.00 each.

2. Ratified the Record Date of October 27, 2006, fixed for the purpose of interim dividend.
