Bosch Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 110

The Board of Directors of Bosch Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs110/- per equity share of Rs. 10 each. In addition to the final dividend, the Board has recommended a special dividend of Rs. 100/- per share of Rs. 10/- each to commemorate 100 years of Bosch in India in 2022. The total dividend payout for the financial year 2021-22 is Rs. 210/- per equity share (previous year Rs.115/- per equity share), subject to approval of shareholders.
