V-Guard Industries Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.30

The Board of directors of V-Guard Industries Ltd has recommended a Dividend of Rs.1.30 (130%) per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2021-22. The dividend if approved by the members at the 26th AGM shall be disbursed on or before August 26, 2022.

The Register of Members and Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, July 22, 2022 to Thursday, July 28, 2022 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of 26th Annual General Meeting and dividend for the financial year 2021-22.

Shares of V-Guard Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 219.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 214.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21652 in over 1629 trades.
