Sterling Tools Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Sterling Tools Ltd at its meeting held on May 18, 2022, has recommended final dividend of 50% that is INR 1, per equity share of Face Value of INR 2 each for the financial year 2021-22, subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
