Sandhar Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.25

The Board of Directors of Sandhar Technologies Ltd at their meeting held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 has recommended a final dividend @ Rs 2.25/- per share for financial year ended the 31st March, 2022. The payment is subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
