Rane Brake Lining Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 20

The Board of Directors of Rane Brake Lining Ltd at its meeting held on May 18, 2022, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 20/- per equity share on 77,29,871 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up, for the financial year 2021-22, subject to approval of members at the ensuing 17th AGM of the Company. The dividend, if declared by the shareholders will be paid/dispatched on July 07, 2022 to the eligible shareholders.
